We know folwers are universal symbols of beauty but do we always attracted to them for their beauty ?No not always… to me Shimul is such a flower that reminds me of a season and I can’t think Spring or Basanto kaal without this scarlet red.
I simply gave a try and painted these scarlet velvety flowers on my saree canvas. This laal shimul sharee is painted with French silkpaint on a pure Mulberry Assamsilk.
