These blossoms of hope are painted on grey paat silk mekhela chador of Assam .Mekhela chador is a traditional attire of Assamese women.It is a type of saree comprising two pieces of cloth.
The vibrant red flowers are painted directly on the fabric with acrylic paint.This is a 85cm×70cm composition.It falls on the first two pleats of the mekhela .And a small similar design is also painted on the back of the blouse.These esthetically pleasing flowers on the sombre grey cloured mekhela and the solid crimson red chador can perfectly harbor your dream .
